Khatereh Sage Fahimi represents and counsels private and public employers in all aspects of state and federal employment and labor law. She appears in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and Department of Fair Employment and Housing and has specific knowledge of:

- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Fair Employment and Housing Act
- 42 U.S.C. § 1983
Sage joined Littler Mendelson in 2008. Previously, she worked at the California Department of Transportation as a Public Information Officer and at the United States Chamber of Commerce in the Corporate Development Office.
