Littler

Ryan P. Eskin's practice includes representing clients in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state laws. His practice is focused on wage and hour litigation, issues surrounding trade secrets and unfair competition, and claims for wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. He has substantial experience with employment issues in the security, monitoring, consulting & investigative services arena, including wrongful termination claims involving contracts with the Department of Homeland Security.

Ryan is admitted to practice in all courts in California, and has participated in trials in both state and federal forums.  Most recently, he secured a complete defense arbitration award in connection with claims interpreting California’s managerial exemption.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson in 2007, Ryan advised and represented clients in numerous litigation issues, including complex commercial, real estate and business matters.
