Overview

Rachel Werner represents and counsels clients in a broad range of employment matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She has extensive experience in wage and hour issues and class action matters, along with providing client trainings in numerous areas.

Before joining Littler, she practiced at a mid-sized firm in Phoenix, where she focused her practice in general liability and employment matters.

During law school, Rachel received an oral advocacy award, was a summer associate at a Phoenix firm and a legal intern at the Mayo Clinic. While at the Mayo Clinic, she helped develop a toolkit for employer guidance on how best to handle gender transition issues in the workplace.

She was on the academic honor roll and awarded an academic rowing scholarship during her undergraduate education.
