Rachel Ross has experience defending employers in employee-initiated lawsuits in both federal and state court, and in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission including claims involving:

Rachel works with both large and small companies, including those in the retail industry, and provides clients with employment counseling on a wide variety of legal matters.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Rachel practiced business and employment litigation with a full-service regional law firm in Nashville, where she handled cases in the areas of commercial law, contractual disputes, employment discrimination, and other employee-related disputes.
