R. Bradley Adams advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under state and federal laws. His practice is primarily devoted to defending employers in connection with claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related issues in state and federal courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies.
Additionally, Brad counsels and trains employers on strategies for minimizing the risk of employment litigation and assists employers with the development of employment policies, handbooks and agreements.
