Paula E. Steele advises and represents employers in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state laws. She regularly appears in state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before various administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson in 2009, Paula worked as senior legal counsel for a multi-billion dollar global company with more than 100,000 employees nationwide. During her tenure, she advised members of the human resources teams for North and South America on a variety of legal issues including:
