Patrick J. Simpson represents clients in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state laws with an extensive knowledge of immigration issues and concerns. He regularly appears before various federal agencies in all matter of immigration matters, including:

  • Immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions
  • Consular visa proceedings
  • Labor certification applications

He also handles claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation based on Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and in federal courts.
