Nicolette J. Lee is experienced in many facets of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and a variety of motions; taking and defending depositions; managing expert discovery; and preparing for trial. 

She focuses her work on the defense of employers involved in litigation relating to trade secrets and restrictive covenants in employment agreements, employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, and other complex litigation.

Prior to joining Littler, Nicolette worked in the Atlanta office of a large firm. In law school, she was a member of the editorial board of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Review.
