Nicole E. Bourget represents management clients in all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She also provides advice and counseling on such issues as:

• Hiring practices
• Terminations
• Wage and hour matters
• Employment/personnel policies

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson in August 2003, Nicole was an associate at another firm where she litigated individual and class action employment law cases in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. In law school, she participated in the William Lile Moot Court Competition, co-directed the Peer Advisor Program, and served as a graduate advisor.
