Littler

Nick Linn has significant experience representing employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. During his career, he has represented both private and public sector employers in a wide variety of employment litigation and traditional labor matters throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Nick was employed for over 15 years by a Fortune 100 information technology company, where he served as vice president in charge of all employment litigation and employment-related legal matters on a global basis (approximately 65 countries).  In that role, Nick also served as counsel to the Compensation and Benefits Committee of the company's Board of Directors, and to the Audit Committee in conjunction with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.  In his capacity as vice president, Nick also managed the following internal organizations:

  • Global Investigations
  • U.S. Immigration
  • Employee Relations
  • Benefits - Legal
  • Wage and Hour Compliance

Prior to his in-house role, Nick worked with a nationally recognized boutique labor and employment firm in Cleveland.
