Littler

Naveen Kabir represents and counsels employers in various aspects of traditional labor and employment law, including matters involving race, age, sex, national origin, disability, and pregnancy discrimination and harassment; whistleblowing and retaliation; and compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws. Naveen’s practice focuses on employment litigation and administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state and local human rights agencies.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Naveen was an associate at another labor and employment law firm and an attorney at the ACLU Women’s Rights Project.
