Naureen advises and represents employers in matters of employment law before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and the IHRC. Naureen is also experienced with defending wage and hour class actions. Generally, she defends clients regarding employment discrimination and harassment claims pertaining to:

- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- The Fair Labor Standards Act
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- The Illinois Human Rights Act
During law school, Naureen served as a law clerk to the Hon. David G. Bernthal, U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, and Hon. Holly F. Clemons, Champaign County Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Naureen was also articles editor for the Illinois Business Law Journal, editorial assistant for the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal and served on the Editorial Board of the Frederick Green Moot Court.
