Natalie M. McLaughlin advises and represents management in a broad range of employment law matters, with significant experience in:

Natalie regularly practices before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and has handled claims arising under:

- The Uniform Trade Secrets Act
- Ohio state discrimination laws
During her time at Littler Mendelson, Natalie successfully tried a pregnancy discrimination case to jury verdict on behalf of a healthcare employer. She also handled the successful arbitration of a multi-million dollar case on behalf of a retail employer involving allegations by multiple former employees of assault and battery, race discrimination, and national origin discrimination.
Prior to joining Littler, Natalie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Algenon Marbley of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and worked as an associate for a multi-practice law firm in Columbus, Ohio.
