Overview

Morgan T. Bayer is an experienced employment litigator and advises clients on day-to-day employment issues. She represents management in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts in a wide-range of employment matters including claims asserted under the Missouri Human Rights Act, the Missouri Whistleblower’s Protection Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family Medical Leave Act.

Morgan has second-chaired multiple trials that resulted in a favorable jury verdict and also has successfully defended cases on appeal.

Prior to joining Littler, Morgan worked at a mid-sized boutique labor and employment firm representing management in employment litigation.
