Miguel Ángel has experience designing strategies for employee transfers resulting from mergers and corporate restructuring, and disclosing labor and social security contingencies using a cost-efficient approach.
Before joining Littler Mendelson, Miguel Ángel was a senior associate at another law firm in Mexico, where he began his legal career as a law clerk.
