Littler

Michelle L. Christian has extensive experience in researching and writing, including law and motion and appellate briefs in state and federal courts, writs, mediation and arbitration briefs. She has engaged in all aspects of business and complex civil litigation including employment law, contracts, trademark issues, antitrust and class actions.

Before joining Littler, Michelle served as a career law clerk to Hon. Milton L. Schwartz, Hon. Frank C. Damrell, Jr. and Hon. Dale A. Drozd of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. She researched and prepared draft orders for civil law and motion calendars; assisted the judges in various criminal matters and prepared orders on motions in limine and drafted jury instructions. She also prepared bench memoranda and drafted memorandum orders and opinions for Ninth Circuit panels when the judges sat by designation.

Michelle was previously a litigation associate in another law firm. During law school, she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal.
