Michael A. Gregg advises and represents public and private sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters arising under state and federal law and in all aspects of litigation, including trial, arbitration and administrative hearings. He defends employers in state and federal courts and before various governmental agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has significant experience defending clients in complex class and collective actions, including wage and hour class actions involving alleged violations of FLSA and California wage and hour statutes. His litigation experience also includes handling wage and hour class action appellate matters. He handles cases that involve:

- Wage and hour claims
- Employee benefits
- Wrongful termination
- Harassment
- Retaliation
- Leaves of absence
- Accommodating disabilities
He also counsels and advises clients on employment practices and policies, including how to avoid litigation.
He has represented unionized and public employers in labor relations matters, including arbitrations, Public Employment Relations Board proceedings and other administrative hearings. Michael served on the Editorial Board of the California State Bar Labor and Employment Law Review.
