Littler

Meyling Ly is an associate in Littler Mendelson's Dallas office, where she represents employers regarding a broad range of employment matters at the administrative, trial and appellate levels, including:

  • Employment-related contracts

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Prior to working at Littler, Mey practiced commercial litigation at a local Dallas firm, where she gained significant trial and appellate experience. In 2005, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dale Wainwright of the Texas Supreme Court. As a law student, Mey was a finalist in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Moot Court competition and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers for her skills in advocacy.
