Melanie Zaharias has experience representing management in various aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice involves representing employers in litigation of employment disputes including:

Melanie also has experience advising and representing employers in administrative actions. In addition to defending employers in litigation matters, she provides employers with preventive counseling on day-to-day employment issues, including employee handbooks, investigations, discipline, terminations, and wage and hour compliance.
