Mark V. Webber has litigated labor law, employment law and commercial cases for over 30 years. Appearing before the National Labor Relations Board and in federal and state courts - including the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio - he has successfully represented management in a wide variety of labor and employment claims involving:
- Alleged unfair labor practices
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- Age, national origin, religious, race, and sex discrimination statutes
- Sexual harassment
- Wrongful discharge
He also has extensive experience in federal and state appellate courts, successfully litigating numerous cases involving allegations of unfair representation and wrongful discharge pursuant to collective bargaining agreements.
