Littler

Malone M. Lankford has experience litigating a wide range of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment law tort claims before state and federal courts in Texas and has handled numerous discrimination charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division. She also has significant experience defending employers in proceedings brought under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Additionally, Malone regularly advises clients on a broad range of legal issues arising in the workplace. She also provides training to employers regarding discrimination and harassment and has given presentations on a variety of employment law topics to both human resource professionals and attorneys.

Malone joined Littler Mendelson in 2001 as a summer associate and in 2002 as a full-time associate. Before attending law school, she worked as a radio personality in various markets across the country.
