Overview

Luis Héctor Cortés Salazar has been practicing labor law since 2008. He has experience counseling employers and companies in both collective and individual labor issues before Local and Federal Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration across the country, mainly in the cities of Monterrey, Reynosa, Mexicali, Cd. Acuña, Cd. Victoria, Tampico, Guadalajara, Saltillo, Torreón, Cancún, Hermosillo, Villahermosa, Veracruz and Nuevo Laredo.

He is the litigation coordinator for the Monterrey office.

Prior to joining Littler Mexico, Luis was practicing labor law at a well-known law firm in Monterrey.
