Liseanne R. Kelly counsels both large and small organizations and their human resources teams in all aspects of the employment relationship with a particular emphasis on leave administration, disability accommodation, and wage and hour advice. Her practice also includes:
- Reductions-in-force
- Drafting handbooks, including multi-state handbooks
- Drafting and implementing policies
- Conducting investigations
- Performance management issues
- Termination decisions
Additionally, Liseanne has substantial experience representing employers in litigation in federal and state court involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. In particular, Liseanne has defended many large, nationally known employers in wage and hour class action litigation in both federal and state court. Liseanne is experienced in preparing case strategies and damage assessments in defense of class action claims, as well as structuring class action settlements.
