Littler

Lisa A. Taggart focuses her practice on advising management on a variety of employee benefits matters, including the design and implementation of:

  • Qualified and non-qualified retirement plans
  • Welfare and fringe benefit programs
  • Severance plans
  • Employee benefits tax matters

Her experience also includes providing advice on employee benefit plan administration, drafting qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, analyzing issues related to section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code, and addressing employee benefits issues in corporate transactions. Lisa is certified in health law.

She is a member of Littler Mendelson's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice groups. Prior to joining Littler, she worked as an associate in the ERISA practice at another firm.
