Lee J. Hutton has defended employers for more than thirty years, litigating, trying cases to verdict, and defending trial outcomes on appeal. His extensive litigation experience includes more than 60 jury trials; more than 25 class actions and multiple plaintiff cases; approximately 30 cases before various courts of appeals; more than 20 published court decisions; and trial exposure in all areas of discrimination law, trade secret, unfair competition, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and wrongful discharge.
