Littler

Latieke M. Lyles advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including claims involving:

  • Discrimination

  • Wrongful termination

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson in 2009, Latieke was an associate at another firm where she practiced in the business litigation department.  In law school, she was the editor of the St. Louis University Law Journal and was the vice president and academic chair of the Black Law Students Association. She also participated in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial competition where her team was regional champion.
