Kurt N. Peterson has successfully tried numerous employment cases in state and federal courts. He has first and second chaired more than a dozen lengthy personal injury and product liability trials and also has obtained countless summary judgment dismissals.

In addition to his litigation practice, Kurt regularly advises clients on employment law issues in the workplace.

In law school, Kurt was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Boards.
