For more than 16 years, Kevin M. Duddlesten has represented employers in all areas of labor and employment law. He specializes in employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation, including representing parties in disputes involving allegations of:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Retaliation
- Wage and hour issues
- Unemployment and workers compensation issues
- Enforcement and violations of non-competition agreements and other employment contracts
In addition to extensive federal and state court representation, Kevin has experience representing employers before administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Commission on Human Rights and the Texas Workforce Commission.
Kevin also engages in substantial client counseling, investigates employment claims and regularly conducts training on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy and disability and leave issues.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Kevin was the assistant labor and employment general counsel for a global provider of secure transportation and cash logistics services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company.
