Overview

Kevin E. Burke represents and advises a wide range of employers regarding labor and employment matters. Kevin represents employers in labor relations matters including:

  • Collective bargaining negotiations
  • Contract administration
  • Labor arbitrations
  • Responding to unfair labor practice claims 

He also investigates and responds to charges of discrimination and counsels management in matters involving:

  • Hiring
  • Performance and discipline
  • Leave requests
  • Terminations

Kevin has contributed updates to several chapters in Labor and Employment in Massachusetts: A Guide to Employment Laws, Regulations, and Practices, published by LexisNexis.

Prior to joining Littler, Kevin was an in-house labor and employment counsel at an academic medical center in Boston. Additionally, he practiced in the labor and employment group of a Massachusetts municipal defense firm, where he advised municipalities in a broad range of employment litigation matters and public sector labor issues.
