Kelly Nash represents and counsels employers in all areas of employment law, including matters involving:

  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Wrongful termination
  • Unfair competition
  • Wage and hour

Kelly’s practice focuses primarily on employment litigation in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state and local human rights agencies.  

 She has experience with claims arising under:

  • Title VII
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Missouri Human Rights Act

As part of her extensive litigation experience, Kelly has obtained jury verdicts on behalf of management.  She also has obtained dismissal or summary judgment in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits.
