Littler

Katherine S. Dix advises and represents employers in a wide array of employment and traditional labor matters with a focus on discrimination issues, litigation, workplace privacy, information security breaches and other employee privacy issues.  She appears in state and federal courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Division, and the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission on matters involving:

  • Title VII
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • Workplace privacy and information security

She also represents clients in arbitration and offers compliance counseling.

Working with a diverse group of clients, Katie often represents banks, school districts, restaurants, senior living facilities and tech companies.

Additionally, Katie helps to organize charitable activities in Littler Mendelson's  Denver office. 

Katie began her legal career at Littler Mendelson in the Denver office where she worked as a summer associate. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Senior Judge John Kane of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Honorable Chief Justice Mary J. Mullarkey at the Colorado Supreme Court.  She also served as development editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. Following law school, she held a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Justice Alex J. Martinez at the Colorado Supreme Court.
