Littler

Kayvan Iradjpanah represents and counsels employers in a broad spectrum of employment and labor law matters, including:

  • Discrimination and harassment complaints
  • Wage and hour disputes
  • Wrongful termination
  • Grievance arbitrations
  • Unfair labor practice hearings

He represents corporations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations in federal and state courts, before arbitrators, and in administrative actions before the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Public Employment Relations Board, the California Labor Commissioner, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Kayvan worked as a judicial extern for Judge Steven B. Berlin at the Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges. He also interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's San Francisco District Office and for the Honorable Administrative Judge Daniel E. Leach. In law school, he participated in the Workers' Rights Clinic at the Legal Aid Society’s Employment Law Center and was Development Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.
