Overview

Julie McGoldrick is a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and is based in California. As a brief writer assigned to single plaintiff litigation matters, she is lead LCS Counsel who formulates and executes briefing strategy for cases. She evaluates and selects legal authority that supports the facts and circumstances of each case and prepares substantive briefs and motions, including complex dispositive motions, motions to compel arbitration, discovery motions and briefings concerning other strategic issues.

Julie has extensive experience in legal research and writing, and in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate court levels. Before joining Littler, she worked for a national law firm for several years, gaining significant experience in labor and employment and other business litigation.

Before law school, Julie worked as a pastry chef in a James Beard Award-Winning restaurant.
