Julie K. Adams represents employers in all areas of employment law and has litigated a broad range of employment matters, including:

She is well-versed in matters that arise under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act, and various North Carolina state employment-related laws. She appears in state and federal courts and has handled administrative charges before state and federal administrative agencies, such as:
