Jorge Pérez Rodriguez’s practice focuses on labor-related litigation involving:

• Representing clients in trials before the Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration, circuit collegiate courts and district courts
• Handling notifications before Office of Work Defense
• Labor relationship termination proceedings, both individual and collective, and research

Prior joining Littler, De la Vega y Conde, Jorge Luis was an associate at two major local law firms in Mexico. He has extensive experience handling individual and collective labor trials, drafting individual labor contracts, negotiating labor relationship termination, conducting labor audits in collaboration with client’s human resources departments, international operations and contracting expatriates.

Jorge also worked as an administrative manager at UDE Motores, where he was responsible for coordinating the personnel in order to supervise production and make improvements. He also managed the hiring and termination process and filed documentation with the Mexican Institute of Social Security.
