Jonathan A. Sprague represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. He has experience representing employers in cases involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and competition and trade secret law.

Before joining Littler, Jonathan was an associate at another firm where his practice focused primarily on labor and employment law but also covered a wide range of commercial litigation matters. In law school, Jonathan served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gray Miller of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
