Joel L. Finger has been working in employment and labor law since its infancy and is one of the most experienced attorneys in the field today. He joined the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as part of its first management intern class in 1968 and served in a number of capacities at the EEOC before attending law school.
Joel has represented management in employment law since law school.
