Jennifer W. Thomas represents and advises employers in various aspects of labor and employment law, including employee benefit and handbook matters and OSHA compliance. She has experience representing employers in federal and state claims and administrative agency proceedings involving:
- Discrimination and retaliation
- Title VII
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- The Fair Labor Standards Act
- Restrictive covenants
Jennifer also has experience representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations and unfair labor practice hearings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Prior to joining Littler, Jennifer worked as an in-house attorney for a national, publicly traded, roofing materials distributor.
