Jennie Woltz has experience in a broad array of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including:
- Government investigations involving Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and federal securities laws
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration matters
- Corporate governance disputes
- Insurance and contractual disputes
Jennie’s significant pro bono work includes representing multiple plaintiffs in wage and hour litigation brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and New York Labor Law (NYLL).
Prior to joining Littler, Jennie was an associate in the litigation and arbitration group at another law firm for over four years. During law school, she served as an associate editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal and a member of the Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Competition Team. At the Unemployment Action Center (UAC), Jennie represented unemployment insurance benefits claimants at administrative hearings before the New York State Department of Labor. She ultimately became UAC’s co-chair and managed operations at seven UAC chapter schools throughout New York City.
