Overview

Jeff Harrison’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to helping employers develop practices that comply with the legal requirements of the National Labor Relations Act. He has extensive experience advising employes on lawful strategies during all stages of union organizing and representation cases before the National Labor Relations Board. He has experience in many industries, with an emphasis on health care, manufacturing, and transportation.

Jeff also advises employers on pro-active steps to promote a positive culture, including handbook review and leadership training for all levels of management.

Jeff is active in Littler’s Traditional Labor Practice Group, serving in as an associate mentor and member of the Core Group.
