Jason H. Borchers has extensive litigation experience that includes wrongful termination and breach of contract cases, as well as class action wage and hour litigation. He also handles claims that arise under:

- The California Family Rights Act
He regularly appears in state and federal courts, as well as before numerous administrative agencies, including:
