James A. Frederick represents employers in state and federal courts in all types of employment disputes, including breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and enforcement of non-competition agreements.
James served as an intern for the Honorable David Hittner, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and for the Honorable Sam Nuchia of the First Court of Appeals. In law school, he was the class-elected commencement speaker and the Candidate Editor (Executive Board) for the Houston Journal of International Law. He was also the first Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
