Littler

Isela Pérez advises and represents employers in all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Littler, Isela was a benefits advisor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration at the Department of Labor where she advised employers and individuals on health care matters under ERISA. She also worked on a pro bono basis helping victims of violent crimes and human trafficking obtain immigration relief while the cases against the perpetrators were being prosecuted.

During law school, Isela served as a clerk at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San Jose, Costa Rica. She was also senior comments editor and business editor of the Journal of International Law. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a trade and investment specialist in Mexico City.
