Ian T. Wade advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including traditional labor law issues for both public and private sector employees and employment litigation under federal and state law. In addition, he regularly counsels school districts in special education matters arising under the Individuals with Disabilities and Education Act (IDEA).
