Hender Montiel focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, with a concentration on representing employers in labor trials and administrative claims in Venezuela. He has handled more than 200 labor cases in Caracas and other major cities in Venezuela, including litigation related to the termination of employees and labor issues related accident and illness.
In addition to his masters and law degrees, Hender completed a management program for lawyers at Yale University in 2011. He was a professor of labor law at the Catholic University of Venezuela and has been a guest lecturer of collective labor negotiations at the Institute of Advanced Management Studies (IESA).
