An attorney in Littler Mendelson's Knowledge Management department, Helena Eldemir is responsible for handling the firm's blogs and social media projects. She also works closely with the Workplace Privacy Group.

Helena has represented and counseled management clients in connection with all types of labor and employment matters arising under state and federal laws including:

• The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
• The Family and Medical Leave Act

She also advises employers on policies and procedures, unfair competition and trade secret issues, and workplace safety.
