Harry Sangerman has practiced labor and employment law for more than 45 years representing a variety of Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries. His work has spanned the spectrum of labor and employment law, including responsibility as chief spokesperson in labor negotiations; counseling in unionization prevention; litigation before federal and state courts and all federal and state administrative agencies dealing with employment matters; counseling in all areas of civil rights, employment policies and dispute prevention; labor arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution procedures; and Employee Retirement Income Security Act litigation.

Harry is a frequent lecturer before industry associations on a variety of labor and employment law matters.  He has published several articles in the Labor Law Journal, the Employee Relations Law Journal, and in Private Carrier and Health Care Strategic Management.

Most recently, Harry was the founding principal in a firm which he formed after his retirement from another law firm where he served as chair of its labor and employment practice.
