Overview

An attorney for more than 25 years, Greg S. Richters is a shareholder and has devoted his entire legal career to the exclusive practice of labor and employment law. In his traditional labor law practice, Greg is an experienced practitioner before the National Labor Relations Board. He serves as lead counsel or coordinates counsel with respect to:

  • Preventive labor relations programs
  • Organizing campaigns
  • Unfair labor practice charges
  • Arbitrations
  • Collective bargaining negotiations

In his employment law practice, Greg litigates the full scope of employment law matters, including those arising under federal and state discrimination and fair employment laws. He also has advised employers on a myriad of workplace issues raised by layoffs, business mergers, sales and closings.

Greg represents clients in numerous industries throughout the country, most significantly handling labor and employment law matters for healthcare clients and long term care chains, as well as manufacturing, transportation and service employers.

In law school, Greg was a member of the Moot Court Board.
