Gregory B. Reilly has been practicing for more than 20 years and focuses on the representation of employers, from small and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in a broad range of industries. He has extensive experience defending management in all aspects of employment and labor law, including:

- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Wage and hour laws

He successfully litigates cases in various federal and state courts and represents employers before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York state and city anti-discrimination agencies.
