Greg Wong represents employers in all types of employment litigation, including multiple wage and hour class action lawsuits in state and federal court. His extensive class action experience includes successful motions to compel arbitration of class claims; successful oppositions of motions for class certification; and risk analysis and evaluation of class action litigation.

Greg also represents clients in covenants not to compete, trade secret litigation and counseling matters. He has expertise in executive employment and compensation issues, as well as in traditional labor law matters.

Among Greg's notable successes, he served as lead counsel in a trade secret/covenant not to compete action brought on behalf of a global consumer packaging company, in which the out-of-state covenant not to compete was enforced, leading to a confidential multi-million dollar settlement; obtained a favorable settlement after successfully compelling the individual arbitration of all class member claims; and obtained a full defense verdict in arbitration in an executive stock option litigation case brought by the former chief financial officer of a publicly-traded company.

Additionally, Greg has lectured frequently on employment-related topics, such as wage and hour compliance, trade secret protection and employment best practices.

Greg recently returned to Littler Mendelson after several years with the Los Angeles office of another firm.
